"Way of The White Tigers"
The spirit of the White Tiger combines the courage, and fierceness of a Hwarang Warrior(Yong-sa) with a heavenly honor of dignity. To wear the symbol of the White Tiger embroidered on ones uniform during the Kingdom of Shilla Dynasty(BC 57) was a indication of high rank of the Hwarang officers during that period of time in Korea.
The White Tiger is a super natural figure that presides over the Western, or Autumn quadrant of the skies in Korea. The White Tigers holds many symbolic meanings; transparency, clarity, purification, justice, punishment and is symbolic of the activities of killing, and destruction. This in nature in the spiritual White Tiger is the "killing" atmosphere of the fall season, the killing is the process that brings new life in the spring season, and the natural processes to clear out old energy, weakness, and to obtain stronger life energy. The meaning of the tiger is the Queen Mother of the West, and the seven Chinese Lunar mansions in the Western Sky.
Dragons are part of the Korean folklore, and the Mythology of Korea. Dragons represent the highest spiritual essence, wisdom, strength, and the divine power of transformation of life.
- Our members wear this symbol of the White Tiger with the symbol of Dragons on the backs of their dobok(uniform) to represent South Korea, and the "Way of The White Tigers" within Hwa Rang Mul Sul® system.
- Our members wear a chest patch on the left front of their dobok showing their age group levels within the dojang.
Our dan Black Belts(Hwarang Warrior Knights) wear this patch, which is written in the old Chinese/Korean characters(Hwa Rang Mul Sul®) in Gold. Only Dan Black Belts are authorized to wear this patch.
This patch of the federation is worn by all members in the Adult Hwarang Warriors class(18 yrs old to 100 yrs old) after they pass their high White Belt 9th grade test.
This patch is worn by all members in the Teens Hwarang Green Dragons class
(13yrs old to 17 yrs old) after they pass the
test for their high White Belt 9th grade.
This patch is worn by all members in the Hwarang White Tigers Class(4-5 yrs old to 12 yrs old) after they pass their high White Belt 9th grade.
Our dojang(school) camp is based on the belief of the old traditional ways of teaching of the Korean School of Seon(Zen) "Mind of No Mind", and in the Korean Sul-sa Shadow Warrior system of Martial Arts of Hwa Rang Mul Sul® are of the utmost importance. Our entire staff of teachers, and the legendary & founder of Hwarang Head Master 'Hud' is totally committed to the true way of teaching of the old traditions of the Korean Shadow Warriors Martial Arts System called Sul-sa(Knights of the Night).
Our objective is to teach an old traditional ancient art of fighting of Hwa Rang Mul Sul to our members. The art, and science of survival in the offensive fighting with hand, foot, pressure point techniques, grappling, take down techniques, and weapons as a way of life.
We teach the art, and science of Hwa Rang Mul Sul®, traditions, and language of Korea to our members to have a better understanding of Hwa Rang Mul Sul®, and the country of Korea, and it's people.
Hwa Rang Mul Sul® Warrior Knights discipline means self-discipline, hard work with sweat, perseverance, dedication, and learns to NEVER say, "I can't" or "Never gives up no matter what!!!" With a 'WILL' theres is always a 'WAY' to survive.

Our Prime Purposes in Our Teachings!!!!!!!
- With our young members from the age of 4 to 17 years old, they can achieve their highest levels of academics, increase learning capacity for school, mental alertness, greater coordination, balance, and total improved self-discipline, and self-improvement within their mind, body, and spirit which are the great benefits training in our school of Korean Sul-sa martial arts.
- Our prime purpose in our teachings, and training that education comes first as a scholar of enlightenment of body, mind, and spirit for our younger members of Hwa Rang Mul Sul®, before the art of fighting.
- We do teach the art of offensive fighting for the survival of oneself on the street, home, and at work in hand, foot, and weapons tactics to all members in all street situations.
- Head Master "Hud" will teach, and coach all White Belt members up to Black Belt members (Kids, Teens, and Adults) in the art of tournament competition in weapons, patterns, fighting, and also team fighting for those members who want to compete at this level in martial arts tournaments, and Head Master 'Hud' will also teach Black Belts how to judge, and referee tournament competition at a high level.
- We also have a weight room with high intensity professional weight-lifting training program for all members(18 years old & Up) included in the membership as part of the Hwarang teachings for the ultimate muscle tone, and trimming the body of maximum fat-loss to a lean body structure, and build speed, strength, and power of the body, mind, and spirit into one force, also to improve your athletic performance, and balance unleashing your maximum potential in your body not to build bulking muscle to loose your flexiabilty. The benefits with our program combined the Hwarang Martial arts training Head Master 'Hud' teaches you will gain in half the time of other programs taught else where. This is a NO-nonsense program. Our weight lifting room has a professional universal gym, free weights, and tread-mill. The program is taught, and supervised by Head Master 'Hud'.
