This Bullying process among our youths, and society is a major aggressive destructive behavior that is become an intentional progression through the imbalance of the power, and or strength of the process of mental, and physical force to cause distress on the weak with no feelings, mercy from the aggressor with no discipline, or reprisal from society.

This behavior is repeated on a daily bases on the weak that takes many forms of aggression that be any kind of physical force from touching, hitting, punching to intimidation of teasing, blackmail, and or name calling using gestures of the color of skin, hair style, and look of clothing that is worn by the youth, or not fitting into the crowd of their peers.

Bullying by social exclusion, sending insulting text messages through cell phones, computer generated messages through emails called "Cyber-Bullying, or Cyber-Stalking", or taking pictures of their peers with cell phone cameras without their consent, and using these pictures to cause intimidation to the weak by posting them on the Internet, or passing the pictures through the use of cell phones to others which is called Voyeurism for gratification, and is against the law as much is Bullying, Cyber-Bullying, Cyber-Stalking, or causing the death of a person who commits suicide because of Bullying of any kind, this is a felony no matter what age.

There are parents in society that say "kids will be kids, it is part of growing up".  This has been in grained into our society for centuries from coaches, teachers, parents, working occupations in society that it is OK to bully the weak by power of the position.
