_____________________
Our basic meditation stance with legs crossed, and feet under your shin area, spine is straight, hands are positioned at the wrist over the knee area. The fingers are relax in flowing position hanging down letting the Chi flow out from the tips of the fingers like wax dripping down a candle. Breath slowly, and very deep in through the nose until your lungs are fully expanded, and then let the breath out through the mouth very very slowly as if you have a feather hanging in front of your face, and you do not want to disturbed that feather in anyway, keep your lips open approximately 1/8 of inch at all times while breathing, and meditating. Touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue while practicing your breathing, and meditating.

Our full Lotus sitting stance with both feet in a crossed position on both of your thighs, hands are set at the wrist over the knee joints, fingers are at a relax flowing position letting the Chi flow out from the finger tips, and out like water flowing over rocks, or wax dripping down a candle. Keep your spine totally straight to be able to breath deep into your lungs, and generate the Chi through your spine, and body.
Keep your spine very straight at all times to keep the lungs fully expanded, if the spine is not straight then you are crushing your lower lungs, and you will not be able to breath properly. Learn to sit this way at all times while watching TV, working on a computer, and playing video games, sitting at a office desk, driving a car, etc., this way you will get proper energy flow, and breathing through out the body, and mind, even while you are walking.

This is the our second advance sitting stance for advance students who have practice meditation in this stance for years. Once in this position you do not move what so ever, no matter if your feet hurt sitting on them. Learn to endure the art of control of pain. Seon Monks will sit in this sitting stance for days without moving, it is all in your mind, "Mind of No Mind". Place your palms of your hands above the knee joints, and fingers facing straight forward, relax, and let the Chi flow through the fingers, and out of the tips of the fingers. Knees are together, sitting full weight on the rear of your heels. Heels, and feet are together. Shins, and the arches of the feet are flat on the floor, or on a meditating cushion.

All stances your spine must be straight at all times to properly breath deep into the lungs. Pull your chin in, draw your head back to keep the brain stem straight with your spinal cord to allow the Chi to flow from the brain to the spine and throughout the body, and out the finger tips.
This stance takes allot of body, mind, and spirit discipline within oneself. This stance is for the dedicated member of meditation, and Hwa Rang Mul Sul training in the art, science, and theory in the control of the mind, and to learn the high levels of pain control.
