Korean Seon advance forced Yoga program is a forced form of yoga exercises, not a slow moving form of exercises that is normally taught in a classical yoga class. The exercises are fast moving so that members learn to push their body, mind, and spirit beyond, and above normal exercises".
"If you are not sweating during your exercise than you have not pushed yourself to upper levels of these exercises. You have to sweat, and open up all pours throughout the body cleansing the entire system of the body, mind, and spirit. You will loose 10-15 lbs. a week if you push yourself with discipline, and hard work toning your body structure to the natural position of the body. You are pushed beyond what you think you can do to achieve the higher levels of disciplines within exercises".

The Seon Advance Forced Yoga exercises, and stretching techniques are related to Hwa Rang Mul Sul movements, techniques, as they are with the body, mind conditioning, and the spirit of the Hwa Rang Warrior, which is the most important functions of the Hwa Rang Warrior's training. The Seon Forced Yoga function of the body, and mind conditioning is achieved through intensive training in various advance yoga movements, which require the maneuvering of all the body parts, muscles, joints, nerves, blood, breathing, and with extensive mind concentration of the inner Ki Hak(Chi), the Art of the Mind, and body conditioning of meditation (Mu Kyum). The art of the Seon Forced Yoga exercises, and with the art of Ki Hak(Chi) mind, body, and spirit training, and meditation of one's own inner self can conquer the art of advance self healing techniques of internal energy force, and the studies of the development of the human mind powers to self heal oneself under all medical conditions.

The Seon Advance Forced Yoga exercises themselves can also be helpful in the advance body, and mind conditioning for the higher level members training for their black belt ranking within Hwa Rang Mul Sul, if they are performed in a manner that the exercises are greater than a simple warm-up. The exercises has to generate extensive flow of sweat, and the braking up of fatty tissue, and water containment within the body it self to tone, loose weight, and cleanse the body, and mind of foreign matter, the exercises has to put the warrior's inner self at a higher level of mind control to conquer the threshold of pain within all exercises, techniques, and movements for the art of hand, and foot fighting.
The art of the advance leg stretching techniques of Hwa Rang Mul Sul gave the warrior the inner, and out power to develop the great Korean art of kicking within the kicking techniques of Hwa Rang Mul Sul, that have been developed for the art of fighting for over 3,000 years of battle within wars of hand, and foot fighting of the Hwa Rang Warriors to be able to kill with one blow of the warrior's foot from a standing, seated, lying down, and or sitting high on a horse within battle.
Members are advised to do exercises in order to loosen up muscles, and joints, to generate blood flow, and breathing before, and after performing the strenuous Hwa Rang Mul Sul movements, techniques, and weapons training for offensive fighting, and addition to the exercises is to loosen up the wrist, elbows, shoulders, and ankles joints, to perform the advance pressure point, grappling, and take down throws of theory, and principles of Hwa Rang Mul Sul.
The training of the Hwa Rang Warrior in exercises is one of the most neglected phases in the martial arts of today, there is to much time spent on the development of technique, and skill, and not on the development of the mind, body, and spirit of the warrior as in the days of the old. There has to be a combined force of teachings within the techniques of skill with mind, body, and spirit to receive the true enlightenment force of the martial arts.
Training deals with not only the technique, but with the human mind, spirit, and human emotions. It does take intellect, judgment, dedication to handle these delicate qualities within oneself. The training of the mind, and body of the member is the psychological, and physiological conditioning of an individual preparing for intense neural, and muscular reaction. This implies that the discipline of the mind, and body of power, and endurance of oneself, this also means skills of control, which is working together in harmony, and spirit.
Training means not only having the knowledge of the mind, and human structure, which will build the body, but also have the knowledge of the improper techniques in exercises which will tear down, and or cause injure to the body, mind, and spirit of the warrior. With improper training will result in major physical, and mental injuries. With the proper teaching of exercises, which will always be a major concern with the prevention of injuries in the dojang, as well as the teachings of proper sports medicine, and or advance field first aid to a injured member during training in the dojang.
Proper exercises is a process which elicits the acute physiological changes to the human body, and the mind that prepare the organism for strenuous physical performance of a warrior for fighting techniques.
Warm-up exercises will reduce the viscosity of all muscles within the body of a human being, which is the resistance to it's own movement within one's body. This improves performance, and prevents any injuries within vigorous training, and or activities of a member by two essential means:
[1.] With a rehearsal of the skills of techniques within a member before commencing sparring prepares the Hwa Rang Warrior's neuromuscular coordinating system of the exact nature of the impeding movement, and or techniques needed before a fight.
[2.] The rise in the body temperature facilitates the bio-chemical reactions of supplying energy for the muscular contractions to the body. With elevated body temperature also shortens the periods of muscular relaxation, and does aids in the reduction of stiffness in the muscle area of the body.
With the results of these two elevated process, there is an improvement in accuracy, strength, and speed within the movements of the techniques, and has an increase of elasticity which reduces the liability of injuries to the member's training session. The duration of the warm-up exercise period should varies from event to event, and training period. The member should spend at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours on working with Seon ForcedYoga exercises before performing high level performance techniques within Hwa Rang Mul Sul, and commencing with a light warm-up technique, and gradually increasing the intensity, and the range of forced Seon Forced Yoga exercise motion of techniques before their appearance.
This procedures will reduce the risk of torn muscles, and injuries to joints, nerves, and blood flow within the body, and the brake down of mind, body, and spirit which will destroy the perfection of the Hwa Rang Warrior's movement, and techniques for the future. Proper posture, and stance is a great importance of the effective interior, and exterior of organization of the mind, body, and spirit of the member, which can be achieved by long dedicated, and well organized practice within a dojang under a Master of Hwa Rang Mul Sul
Within the Hwa Rang Mul Sul dojang we train with approximately 65 Seon Advance Forced Yoga floor, and wall exercises, along with advance leg stretching techniques for the art of Korean kicking within the first hour of the 1-2 hour training period. We also have an advance exercise program for the Dan Black Belts with weight training
The Hwa Rang Warrior of more advanced years of training, and studies begins to warm-up more slowly, and for a longer time due to the aging of the body. This is a important fact for the older member of Hwa Rang Mul Sul with greater needs to have a longer period of warm-up exercises, and or it is because the Older Hwa Rang Mul Sul Warrior has gotten "Smarter" as he, and she grows older in mind, body, and spirit.
Everyday Opportunities to Exercise;
[Master "Hud's"5 Movements of T.A.C.L.P.]
Take - Avoid - Cultivate - Learn - Practice.
[1.] Takea walk when ever you can, parking your car a few blocks from your destination.
[2.] Avoid taking the elevator, instead climb, and or jog the stairs up, and down.
[3.] Cultivate your quiet awareness by imaging an opponent attacking you while you are sitting, standing, and or even lying down, and other positions you might end up in, and attempt to counter that imaginary attack with various moves, and techniques. Simple moves are the best, and quick.
[4.] Learn to practice meditation everyday, walking, sitting, lying down meditation, even while your working at your occupation to get rid of daily stresses.
[5.] Practice your balance each day by standing in a one legged stance(White Crane One leg stance) by standing on one foot, and putting on your clothes, watching T.V., talking on your cell phone, and tech-messaging, etc., each day, and or just stand in the one legged stance whenever you get a chance without dropping the opposite leg, learn to relax your inner self, breath naturally, and meditate in this position.
