The Traditional Martial Arts of Hwa Rang Mul Sul

The Hwa Rang Mul Sul basics are the foundation of the style, and every other style that the student build on to complete their training as a Black Belt, and the higher levels of the traditional martial arts of Hwarang. With continuous practice within the student's body, mind, and spirit is the direction, and path towards reaching excellence, perfection, professionalism with nothing less within oneself, even at a White Belt level. Always complete all the training with truth, and honesty within oneself mind, heart, and spirit, and not be untrue to yourself, and your art of Hwa Rang Mul Sul. This training should progress in a manner of gradual levels from a beginner White Belt to the higher levels of a Black Belt within Hwarang without rushing the training, and the ranking system to become a Dan Black Belt, or the lower levels of colored belt ranks. The students have to train, and prepare their body, mind, and spirit to become strong within the training to practice proper techniques, and stances in the traditional martial arts of Hwarang. The Students should always train the body, mind, and spirit before going onto techniques to apply the applications of the technique to a combat situation, and always be prepared within yourself body, mind, and spiritually.
The most important aspect of the martial arts is the student's many stances that are the foundation of all techniques taught within the style of Hwarang. Stances are the greatest aspect of training to strengthen the entire body structure that must be practiced without tiring, or giving up in anyway. Each student should understand the balance, and their movement to be able to develop the higher levels in stablelization, and speed to develop, and train the joints, and muscle to be loose, and non-resistant to all movements while in the different stances within Hwa Rang Mul Sul system. Then the students will train in kicks, punches, blocks, hard/soft hand techniques with many types of defensive, and offensive movements combined with pressure point techniques, take down, and grappling applications which are applied to the Hwarang Hyungs(Patterns) with hard/soft techniques of hand, foot, and weapons.
The student of Hwarang will move next into the aspects of practicing, and applied combat situations, and survival that is applied to sparring sequences with a training partner, or multitude of sparring partners. We would advance the students into the Hwarang program of weapons incorporating many weapons of the old used by the Hwarang Warrior Knights of the Shilla Dynasty, which the student would apply all techniques with their weapons, hand, foot, blocking, pressure points, take downs, and grappling techniques, and all stances at this level of training.
Students of the Hwarang system need to improve themselves within their body, mind, and spirit with very rigorous power forced SeonYoga exercise program to increase their mind spiritually, but also train with inner, and out force of Um, and Yang to increase the flexibility of the body to advance to higher levels of Hwarang training in endurance, strength, speed, and power of techniques required of all students from beginner White Belt to the higher levels of Black Belt. Students learn not to neglect any of the levels of the Hwarang training aspects with proper teachings from a Hwarang Master.
With proper, and serious teachings from a Master of Hwarang a dedicated student can achieve the higher levels of the Hwa Rang Mul Sul system, and everything the student does in their entire life. The students cannot take shortcuts what so ever, with shortcuts in any of the aspects of the training of techniques will mean a total breakdown within the system of Hwa Rang Mul Sul, and the student with improper teachings, and training which can cause major disaster with the use of Hwarang for survival in a street situation.
All students need to be self-determined, dedicated, and hard working in all aspects of their training, and in their life as a whole. This is part of life, and the martial arts training for all students which will, and can be applied to everything a student does in their entire life. Within the traditional Hwa Rang Mul Sul martial arts system must always be practiced on a continually freguent bases with hard work, sweat, patience, dedication, and total perseverance at all ages. The body, mind, and spirit of the dedicated student of the Hwarang need to train the inner, and outer force of Um/Yang of the body, mind, and spirit to be prepared to fight against outside forces of evil, and within themselves to conquer all diseases of the human body.
Our primary purpose in life within the teachings of traditional Hwa Rang Mul Sul martial arts system is a goal to improve oneself within education, health, safety, and combined all forces of body, mind, and spirit of oneself into one force to fight all evil forces that enter, or attack within a student's life. The traditional aspects of the Hwarang teachings of the martial arts are for all ages from children 5 to 12 years old, teens 13 - 17 years old, adults 18 - 100 years old, from senior citizens to the physically challenged(handicap in wheel chairs, to the blind) to improve their lives through the levels of the Hwa Rang Mul Sul system with combined forces of body, mind, and spirit training through Sean Forced Yoga, and meditation, and the martial arts training of Hwarang.
With the high levels of the traditional Hwa Rang Mul Sul martial arts system of Korea can help reinforce, and teach a student how to eliminate the negative forces that build up in their life through hard training of body, mind, and spirit with total dedication of oneself. Society as a whole, and the entire world can enjoy, and benefit from all the traditional aspects of the Hwarang martial arts training through Seon power forced Yoga, meditation, the martial arts, and weapons taught by a Hwarang Master. Everyone should understand the great values of the traditional Hwarang martial arts system that are part of the evaluation of life, this is a total path of learning about ones body, mind, and spirit is the mastery of oneself spirituality, and be at peace within ourself, and life's path. With peace, and harmony within ourself helps us to live a very peaceful life. The peace, and harmony within our self comes from body, mind, and spirit. With the energy of Chi(Ki), a student can reach a high level within themselves through an extensive training program using disciplines of the Hwarang to strengthen their body internally, and externally, and their mind, and spirit to release all fears, doubts, and negative powers by training oneself to be calm with peace through harmony within themselves, and with every human being in life around them on a daily bases. We teach our students to discover the maximum strengthen to the deepest peace of body, mind, and spirit with little effort with great tranquility of energy that continues with a total balance in life. We give the student the true path to be the best of the best they can be as a human being. With all these aspects of the training techniques of Hwarang system opens the door within the student's body, mind, and spirit to be the best they can be in life.
Students must understand that they have to train very hard, and be dedicated to advance forward in all the techniques of Hwarang to better themselves as a human being, and student of traditional martial arts of Korea. They have to learn to be truthful, and righteous to themselves, and their Master of Hwarang to release all bad negative energy to become positive, strong-willed, disciplined, and healthy in body, mind, and spirit in the path of tranquility in life to be totally at peace within oneself.
