                 Values/Integrity of a Black Belt.
______________________

Values, and integrity required by Head Master "Hud", and Hwa Rang Mul Sul for the rank of Black Belt level.

The most important value, and integrity in receiving the level of Black Belt will be the mastery oneself own conduct inside, and outside of the dojang in public.  It means that the holder of this rank has enough control of themselves to set a good example to others as a human being.  They will set be able to set aside their own desires in order to help others in need.  They will have firm control over their own emotions, and temper even in a difficult situation.  They will conduct themselves in a wisely, and conscientiously manner at all times.

They will be able to determine their own morale precepts, and stand for their rights, and ideals in life as a whole.  They will understand the difference between right, and wrong, and weight the outcome of their actions on themselves, and others.

Above all, the Black Belt rank should not be a symbol of physical power, but the mark of excellent character, the ability to accept a job, do it right 100%, and face life with honesty within oneself, and others.

It should be a sign of good manners, honor, respect, pride, strong spirit, dedication, and perseverance.

The symbol of the Black Belt is not one's ability to beat up the ordinary human being on the street, but the mastery of the knowledge of Hwa Rang Mul Sul, the body, mind, and spirit.

One need not to be the best fighter in Hwa Rang Mul Sul, or the tough kid on the block to become a Black Belt.
